Rohan joined McPhadden Samac Tuovi LLP as an articling student in 2011 and returned as an associate lawyer in 2012.

Rohan became a partner at the firm in 2017.

Rohan graduated with honours from the University of Toronto in 2007 and attended law school at Santa Clara University School of Law in California. While at Santa Clara University School of Law, Rohan was awarded the prestigious High Tech Law Certificate in Intellectual Property.

Rohan obtained his Juris Doctor in 2010 and was called to the bar in Ontario in 2012.

Rohan's practice areas include:

• Personal injury litigation including motor vehicle accidents, accident benefits, slip and falls, catastrophic impairments, products liability and disability benefits.

• Class action litigation
  

Rohan has extensive experience in civil litigation and frequently appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, accident benefits and CPP tribunals.

Rohan is a skilled negotiator and zealously advocates for his clients.

Rohan is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the South Asian Bar Association.

On his spare time, Rohan enjoys playing golf, basketball and spending time with his family.
