McPhadden Samac Tuovi LLP has commenced a proposed Invokana class action.

Invokana is used in the  treatment of type 2 diabetes.  

There are reports that Invokana causes injuries such as diabetic ketoacidosis, kidney failure, and

heart attack.

In the lawsuit, it is the plaintiff’s position that patients and their prescribing physicians were not

adequately warned about these possible injuries.
